Begin in over head position
Quarter back swing
cross back swing
Neck catch
Back grab
Underarm grasping
Figure eight
Underarm grasp
Underarm grasping
Twirling
Reverse figure eight
Reverse grasp/side return
Reverse back grab
Quarter cross back swing
Finish in shoulder return position
